Drilling Instructions:
*The screws are M4/M5 size, so please use a slightly smaller drill bit to make the pilot hole.
*Choose the appropriate screws:
For hollow walls (metal, wood, or drywall), use screws.
For solid walls (concrete, brick), use expansion bolts.
Width Measurement:
The doorpost width can be customized to your window size. Typically, the doorpost should extend 2-15 inches beyond the window (depending on your preference) and maintain at least 1 inch clearance from the wall. Due to hand-cutting, please allow for a width error of no more than 1 inch.
Flexible Use:
For standard windows, use 2 brackets if the width is no more than 70 inches, 3 brackets if the width is 71-158 inches, and 4 brackets if the width is 158-236 inches. Each bracket has a load capacity of 25 pounds. You can determine the number of brackets based on the weight of the curtains. Please note that the middle bracket will not allow the rings to slip, therefore, using 3 brackets requires 2 curtains, and using 4 brackets requires 3 curtains.
Sizing Guide:
For standard windows: Measure the width of your window and add 6 to 15 inches to both sides according to your preference. The extra width ensures better light coverage and allows the curtains to completely cover the window when open, creating a more spacious and elegant look.
