Delivery Time

Since our custom items (including curtains, shades, rods, etc.) are instantly crafted according to your particular requirements, our order delivery usually can be made up of two parts:

Orders placed before 6 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same day.

Processing Time:

Ordinary Day: 7-10 Business Days
Holiday Season: 13-30 Business Days

Shipping Time:

Ordinary Day: 7-10 Business Days
Holiday Season: 7-10 Business Days

Total Time:

Ordinary Day: 14-20 Business Days
Holiday Season: 20-40 Business Days

* Other standard items, such as rods and wands, will be shipped earlier than customized items.
* Free swatches arrive in 5-7 business days in the U.S.
* Please pay attention to the shipping notification email.

During the Spring Festival holiday (January and February), delivery time may be extended by 30-40 business days. The total delivery time is subject to the information displayed on the checkout page.

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on orders over $299 within the United States.
Fabric swatches are free, and shipping costs are subject to local logistics providers.

Shipping Carrier

Orders on custom curtains are shipped by air, via FedEx or DHL, mainly.
For free fabric swatches, most of them are shipped by USPS.

Sales Tax
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping Fee We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $299 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $299, the following shipping rates apply:

$99.01 – $199.00: $29.90
$199.01 – $298.99: $19.90
$299.00 and up: FREE

Shipping Address

Please note that we can deliver fabric swatches to the PO boxes. But we can’t do that in the case of curtain & hardware order shipment.

Track Shipment

Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking information(carrier and tracking number).

You can check your shipment by clicking the Track Order for more details. Or visit the carrier’s official website to monitor your package.
